A record for cutting down: what you smoke, what replaces it, and a month summary to share.
Cigarettes, nicotine gum, lozenges, mouth spray and nasal spray. You can have up to four on the counter at a time — choose which, and drag to reorder them, in Settings. Turning one off removes its card and keeps everything already recorded against it.
No. Recording, editing and the month summary all work fully offline. The only things that use a connection are syncing to your own iCloud account and the optional tip, which goes through the App Store.
An undo bar appears immediately after each tap — use it and the entry is gone. If you notice later, open the calendar and remove it from that day's list.
Yes. Open the calendar, pick the day, and add entries to it. A time is optional — if you're going from memory, leave it off and the entry still counts toward the day and the month.
Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud on. Check Settings → your name → iCloud on each. The app reads your iCloud status when it launches, so if you have just signed in, close the app fully and open it again.
Onto your device, and into your own private iCloud storage if you are signed in. Never to us — we run no server. See the privacy policy.
Open the calendar, then the month summary, then share. You get a single-page PDF of that month — the daily chart, the totals, the day-by-day table and the hourly pattern — named for the month it covers, which you can mail, message, save or print.
Yes. Use the arrows beside the month name, tap the month and year to jump to another one, or swipe.
It is free, with no advertising and no limits on anything. There is an optional one-time tip if you'd like to support development — it unlocks nothing, and the app is complete without it.
